Settlement of disputes

EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to resolve contractual disputes between traders and consumers arising from online sales and service contracts.

According to what is specified by Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, our company KYMA Controls s.r.l., Strada Ties 36 I-39030 San Martino in Badia, in its capacity as data controller, informs that the processing of personal data, including e-mail address and telefax, supplied by filling in the forms on its website, will be carried out for the intended purposes and in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Nature of the processed data and purpose of the data processing

The company KYMA Controls s.r.l. will acquire and process only personal data and, optionally, fiscal data; on no account shall data definable as “sensitive” in accordance with Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 be processed.
Personal data supplied to KYMA Controls s.r.l., Strada Ties 36 I-39030 San Martino in Badia, will be processed to pursue the following:

Data will be disclosed to the staff of KYMA Controls s.r.l. and in particular to the staff of the marketing department. Only in case of consent to paragraph d) may data be used by external research companies that have been assigned by the company.

Communication and spreading of data

Data shall be disclosed by KYMA Controls s.r.l. to external subjects, including the following:
- banking institutions, in particular for payment management;
- shippers and postal services for the dispatch or the receipt of
- various professionals, including professionals from law firms, for the protection of rights related to the negotiated context;
- external marketing management companies, assigned by the company; exclusively for the communication of services of the same company;
- external market research institutions for the accomplishment of surveys.
